Quick and Easy to use
What do you like best? From a user standpoint it is easy to engage when needing Service Desk support What do you dislike? Having to install the teamviewer executable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving a customer service issue in providing access to the corporate network.

What do you like best? TeamViewer is hands down the best utility to remotely connect to a PC or server! It is super easy to use and install! What do you dislike? I really dislike the version updates! Our company is licensed to use Teamviewer v12, and if someone has a higher version, it requires us to upgrade!! We simply do not have the ability to upgrade as we use a corporate account... There must be a better way to allow someone with an older version to connect, even if there is some ...

Quick and easy way to login to remote computers
What do you like best? Speed - much faster than previous tools like Logmein to remote in to computers. Works well on desktop & mobile. What do you dislike? Nothing - does what I want it to do. Not sure what else to add. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes while at work I need to access my home computer and if it's running, TeamViewer makes it easy to access.

What do you like best? TeamViewer is really easy to use to remote control other PC. Unlike other applications, you do not need to create account for TeamViewer. You can remote control other PC by using TeamViwer's specific access code. What do you dislike? There is delay and lag to video if you are sharing and playing a video. Great tool for working from home
What do you like best? One of the most remarkable features is its ease of use, I just have to install it and I can take my office anywhere.
