If I could leave a more negative rating…

If I could leave a more negative rating than one star I would. They auto renewed my company for approximately £1000 and passed it on to debt collection. They messaged an email address no longer in use, attempted to take payment, couldn't and then proceeded to chase. I am now awaiting legal action. Will wait and see what happens I guess. DO NOT USE TEAMVIEWER. Cloudberry or Anydesk may be better options

No way out of TeamViewer! Do not become a member!

You have no options to cancel auto renewal and you have no options on management console to even CANCEL MEMBERSHIP!!!. You try to phone or e-mail support for cancelling but you do not get any replies.So the only thing I can do is to cancel my credit card so they cannot renew my membership. And I will buy a similar but cancellable or changeable product with a user friendly self managing console.
