TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Fantastic tool to let us get remote access to our print computer

What do you like best? I like that we can get remote access to our print production processing computer via TeamViewer from any computer in the office. What do you dislike? TeamViewer takes over my computer's audio so I can't listen to music or training videos while I use TeamViewer, but it is only a minor issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use TeamViewer to access our main processing computer remotely without having to go to ...

Free for non-commercial use - Ha!

If this was purely a commercial product with charges then fair enough. It's up to you whether you want to pay the fees but they offer it free for non-commercial use then try to force you to pay. There are alternatives available that are just as good which actually allow free non-commercial use so I'll be recommending them and not TeamViewer to anyone who asks me.

Dishonest company

In the beginning TeamViewer works fine. I am connecting to a PC upstairs. Although I am using this product strictly for private reason, after a few months the software tells me that I don't and starts terrorizing me with timeouts, pushing me to purchase the product. If I knew from the beginning, I would never have started using this. This is a very dishonest company. Instead of a helping disabled people, they are stabbing knives in their backs.
