I like it because it allows me to always stay connected with all my equipment, I always have on and active all my equipment and linked with this application so I can always access from anywhere. Extreme Caution needed before dealing with this Business

We run an IT Support company, mainly for Mac users and had a paid subscription for Teamviewer. We used their recommended points of contact to highlight serious issues with the product for Mac's. We believe 9 months and more is a fair and reasonable time frame for them to address issues, so in itself this represents their contempt for customers.As the issues got worse we reviewed our subscription and raised a dispute with them.
