Awful treatment of customers. This company is rigid and unable to compromise. Beware of the automatic renewal to your subscription. You must inform them in writing 28 days in advance if you do not want this renewal to take place so bad luck if you didn't keep track of when your subscription started! We decided to select another similar service provider since they provided the same service for less money. When our annual contact with Teamviewer was over we didn't renew it.
