Product Good - Really Dodgy License & Debt Collection

Teamviewer the product is great if not a little overpriced.What you do need to be aware of is the very dodgy license practices they employ.You can't buy the commercial version without, obviously, agreeing to the Terms Of Service HOWEVER they do not make it clear that they will set up auto renewals which can not fail without being pursued by a German debt collection agency.Every other software company I've dealt with works like this... get to renewal time and if your credit card is not up to ...

The software randomly decided that I was using it commercially and decided to lock me out, without even being able to login for a few minutes, everytime I tried it "timed out" and locked me out.This is a terrible way of trying to get customers, I won't be using this program again.

What do you like best? The best to work on remote PC access. It is safe to use and has proper security measures in place. Quick in accessing and problem solving What do you dislike? TV doesnt work thru proxy servers, version is expensive to buy.
