I read the terms when I signed up last year and immediately called to have my account switched from auto renewal so I could evaluate again when it was up for renewal to determine my company needs. I was shocked to see they auto-renewed my membership anyway and am now being told that the did not ever tell me I would not be auto renewed. Het salesteam douwt je dingen door de strot die je nooit besteld hebt.Ze komen met incorrecte facturen en verplichten je deze te betalen.Reactie van de support komt gemiddeld 1 keer per 2 weken. Je komt er niet verder mee.Wij zijn inmiddels overgestapt.
