TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

The best remote access system

What do you like best? The TeamViewer network is fast, stable and reliable, and though it has a lot of options and features, it's simple enough for first time users to figure out for themselves without receiving training or having to read instructions. Also it's so widely used that many people already have it installed, so it's as easy as asking them for their computer's TeamViewer ID and password, and you can be remote controlling their computer in seconds. Different kinds of remote ...

Top remote software from wherever you are in the world.

What do you like best? Easy remote support for any endpoint. User friendly for those who need remote support. Software install is a breeze for those who need to install the endpoint client. What do you dislike? TV updates their software constantly. The need for new licenses when updates occur is kind of unnecessary, but not a huge con. What problems are you solving with the product? Our go to remote desktop support application

What do you like best? It is really easy for the desktop user to install and the connection is stable between us. I also like that you can connect up to dissimilar operating systems. For instance, I use a MacBook Pro and I have no problem connecting or navigating on a Windows platform What do you dislike? Our only issue is pricing. It's a bit pricey for the number of Team members that we have. It's a good product but it's a pain every year trying to ROI the cost. What problems ...

A solid piece of software, but is it long for this world as a standalone?

What do you like best? The screen-sharing aspects are probably the smoothest I have used on the market. Internet speed will count for a lot, but with good speeds, lag is minimal and you can observe for longer than most without getting frustrated. What do you dislike? It does pretty much everything you would want well enough. Not the most stylish UI, support can be a little slow when you are trying to figure out whether to purchase, and auto start-up on booting up your machine is ...
