TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Excellent remote software. My go to.

What do you like best? It is one of the easiest remote software I have used. I have installed it in my fathers laptop as well as friends and family. My husband uses it for his business and can access any of his employees laptops when he needs. Now that he is working from home it’s easy to troubleshoot someone’s computer. What do you dislike? Nothing. It’s a great software. It easy to launch and connect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

TeamViewer is easy to use and easy to instruct clients to use.

What do you like best? It's easy to tell clients how to go to teamviewer.com, download it and run it so I can remote access their computer. What do you dislike? I wouldn't say I dislike anything about TeamViewer. It works well for what I need. Recommendations to others considering the product: If, for some reason, you have trouble helping people get it set up on their computer, just be patient. Most people can easily get it going while others might be more tech challenged. ...

The best report support tool for IT people

What do you like best? Personally, I work in the information technology field so I have to support users. As I write this review we are in such challenging times as we all face the Coronavirus COVID-19 together that my company has gone completely work from home as our standard right now. Because of this having a tool that is easy for end users to use, as well as the IT Team to stay connected to the remote machines is honestly priceless right now. What do you dislike? The only ...

Team Viewer

What do you like best? A very easy tool to remote assist the users for all platforms windows or mac. This is very useful specially for remoting into Mac servers as it beats the VNC speed by far. What do you dislike? A feature which I would like to see is remoting into iPads. I know this is not a Teamviewer problem as Apple locks this ability for third party apps but if we can have something like this it would be awesome. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

As this day, best FREE remote control software

What do you like best? Free competitive tool for support and troubleshooting your customers as well your relatives. Also, lets you store your devices to fast access to your own devices. With the right settings the file transfer option saves the day. What do you dislike? Multiple screens management is odd. Not critical at all but would be a plus to handle this better. The android app is handy, but difficult to control. Is not intuitive and you spend too much time learning to use, ...
