This product is shocking, the support they give is downright laughable. They have no intention of providing anything of value to you as a customer after you have download the program. Would never use again

The software works fine but the rest is poo

The software works fine. the customer service is awful and pricing structure is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had the pleasure looking at. there are lots of alternatives, some which work just as well for a fraction of the cost and you don't get a robot on the end of the phone.

Team Viewer is an ok way to remote control others computers

What do you like best? It is easy to install and connect with out the need to configure routers. What do you dislike? In the past, a Teamviewer update made multiple system crash over and over until it was uninstalled. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This software allows me to remote control clients systems to help me see my customers computer problems and to fix them.
