They have the worst customer service…
They have the worst customer service ever. Recently they have renewed my license without sending any sort of notification to me. I called them to cancel the license at the same day I got the email. But they didn't. I called them hundreds of time to fix this issue. But they didn't send me any convincing reply. At the end, I ended up paying almost $600 for a license that I don't use it anymore.
