The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Best Remote Troubleshooting Tool
What do you like best? TeamViewer makes it easy to share your Desktop Screen with IT Support Team. I like the ease which requires no prior experience to use this tool. It has multiplatform support . Just share your ID and there you go! What do you dislike? Security is a concern that sometimes people can use your credentials to use remotely your machine. This can lead to a hacker attack. Colour and Fonts of the GUI can be improved to make it more exciting to use. ...

An essential tool that don't need presentation
What do you like best? Teamviewer is an easy to use tool out of the box, and with a few clicks you are ready to use it. The installation takes place in a very short time and is very intuitive, and the connection with another client PC is really simple and intuitive. The general fluidity is striking and security is guaranteed by a random password at each software start. What do you dislike? The license is not compulsory, but after a while it brutally closes the connection ...

Excellent tool to operate a device remotely
What do you like best? I have used this team viewer program for more than 5 years and what I like and like is the ease and attractiveness of the software to perform and manage full and comprehensive control of a device or computer that is far or distant thus managing to solve our problems. I also like this program because it is attractive and it is not complicated when synchronizing and pairing the computers, it is enough to set the code to synchronize it What do you dislike? ...

Personal use is now worthless
They're basically scammers. They say you can use the product for personal, non-commercial use, but they have completely disabled the program. If you use it for more than about 2 minutes, you're automatically logged off and flagged for commercial use. They're just lying about the fact that they offer a free product for personal use at all.

TeamViewer debt collectors
TeamViewer have gone rouge with debt collectors, and their auto renewals. In Australia "ACCC v JJ Richards and Sons Pty Ltd (2017) FCA 1224" is a precedent for unfair terms in business to consumer and small business contracts.ACCC ruled that automatic renewal unless the customer cancelled the contract within 30 days before the end of the initial term was ruled an unfair term and unenforceable. This applies to customers who were consumers or small business (less than 20 employees). This ...

Bait and switch
Bait and switch. I downloaded the free version to connect to my computer from my phone, now it's trying to tell me I'm a commercial user and need to buy a license. I don't have a job, I don't even have indoor plumbing, how the crap am I supposed to be a commercial user, jerks.

Shocking behaviour DO NOT USE. They do not inform you about there terms and conditions and try to automatically take money from your bank account or go to a credit agency. Unbelieveable company. Obviously struggle as there are so many other good free services available now. I'll be seeking advice from our company solicitor. See details of email below. Let's join together if you have had the same experience:Dear Sir or Madam, upon ordering the license you agreed to TeamViewers license terms ...

DO NOT TAKE A SUBSCRIPTION WITH…
DO NOT TAKE A SUBSCRIPTION WITH TEAMVIEWER.I complain very rarely but felt it very important to make people aware of the very poor payment auto-renewal practices with Teamviewer. We took out a 1 year subscription but on the annual review, they increased the price by about 27% from £369 to £469.We decided not to renew and told them we wished to cancel. But they informed us that we needed to cancel at the 11 month point NOT the 12 month point, so we must pay for another year.We only received ...
