I have used this team viewer program for more than 5 years and what I like and like is the ease and attractiveness of the software to perform and manage full and comprehensive control of a device or computer that is far or distant thus managing to solve our problems. Personal use is now worthless

They're basically scammers. They say you can use the product for personal, non-commercial use, but they have completely disabled the program. If you use it for more than about 2 minutes, you're automatically logged off and flagged for commercial use. They're just lying about the fact that they offer a free product for personal use at all.

Bait and switch. I downloaded the free version to connect to my computer from my phone, now it's trying to tell me I'm a commercial user and need to buy a license. I don't have a job, I don't even have indoor plumbing, how the crap am I supposed to be a commercial user, jerks.
