Awesome features and extensibility, reponsive support
What do you like best? Loving the automation. Also, we are finding more and more ways to leverage TeamSupport to manage processes that intersect with our support center functions, but aren't actually a part of them. This gives us visibility to business processes that have never had it before. Amazing and Simplified System! :)
What do you like best? All the information that you need is right there to What do you dislike? No dislikes. All is great! Everything is fine with this site. Recommendations to others considering the product: To use it and practice on it, it is a really good source and site to work on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having checks researched if they were cashed, adjust claims that were submitted and the were done incorrectly.

What do you like best? The TeamSupport product is very easy to use, very pleasant to look at and work in every day, and the customizable options seem endless. What do you dislike? TeamSupport Streamlines the Support Experience
What do you like best? There are many things I really like about Team Support. First and foremost is the ability to copy/paste screenshots into the tickets. When we were shopping for a system, this was the ONLY system that had this capability. They are innovative! 1) The ticketing system itself is so efficient. Service Desk made easy
What do you like best? The ease of use, and track-able nature of the tickets. What do you dislike? Can't see Team members by name, it's all or nothing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the online training, it was a wealth of information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Service tickets, and the benefits, are shorter down-times.

Need product and support improvements
What do you like best? Saas platform - It's available via the internet. What do you dislike? We have recently moved out of TeamSupport after struggling with them for 3 years. There is no product roadmap and if you open feature requests it will be stuck forever and finally, it will be closed without proper resolution. 1. Affordable Ticketing System and Knowledge Base
What do you like best? The ticketing portion of this tool was perfectly adequate, we were able to perform bulk actions on tickes, use tagging and the reporting on ticketing times and SLAs is pretty good. Another thing we did love was the responsiveness from their customer success team. What do you dislike? Excellent features that enhance collaboration
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I love about Team Support is that it has diverse uses, from managing all our email support request, reporting on our support volume and facilitating easy chatting with members of staff and our customers.
