What do you like best? Water cooler feature. i also really like the weekly webinars. Very Helpful What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes a little long to load but that's probably on our end Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it. Very Easy to use although sometimes flawed

What do you like best? Its simple and it works most of the time. allow me to easily communicate with customers and discuss issues. What do you dislike? The way the tabbing works and the prevention of being logged in at multiple times.
