What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? They have excellent customer support. The support staff are very knowledgeable and always very helpful. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I cannot think of anything I dislike, it's a great product. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? The integration with PRISM HR makes processing payroll very efficient.

Teams take too long to set up the system and did not know how. I had to hire another software programer to give them the codes to get the clock with out Accounting software which i was assured it would with with their system. As someone who was not as familiar with time clocks and time sheets, TCP was quick to assist with understanding how to set up my employees with the right requirements.
