What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The customer support team is incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure they resolve issues as quickly as possible. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I would prefer if the connection between TCP and Infinite Visions were more seamless, especially in handling comp time. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? TCP handles exactly what it is designed to handle.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like how TCP is very user friendly. Our employees are able to complete and approve off on their time each payroll with ease. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP is user friendly for our workforce. This product is simple to understand and doesn't waste employee time trying to sort out time off requests. I love the notes feature because it is a quick way for me to get information to staff individually or as a group to ensure a prompt completion of payroll cycles. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I have been using TCP for approximately 2 years. This product is easy to use. When emplementated, the trainer was patient and explained thoroughly. Their customer support department is easily accessed and uses questions as a training opportunity. There are a number of features offered and our company utilizes the majority of these. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like the reports and the ease of the processing, my managers like how they can track their departments employee time and the PTO reporting Customer support is amazing too, What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? "You can't go wrong with you Time management using TCP Software"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The program is so easy to use and the employees love it. It was so easy to integrate from the start. We went from paper timesheets to all on the computer in no time at all. It allows the employees to clock in or out, and they know exaclty how much time they have accured or available to use instantanously. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The system is easy to log in and clock hours. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I wish there were package options. We only use part of the system, but we have to pay for use of the entire software. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We need to keep up with some employees hours and this system is great for that.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Customer service. A lot of great features built into the system itself. Setup and configuration was very easy. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? On some of the timeclock we have the POE boards went down and we have to use external power to power the clocks. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Better way to keep tracking times and attendance.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like that it is user friendly and the reps when calling in are super helpful! What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It times out very quickly and you need to log back in. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping me with processing payroll, and getting all the hours.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love that I can contact support via chat and have help immediately. They are quick to return with a response to get any issues resolved. They have really been able to herlp me with individualized probelms or find solutions that work with my employees. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus?
