What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The customer support team is incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure they resolve issues as quickly as possible. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I would prefer if the connection between TCP and Infinite Visions were more seamless, especially in handling comp time. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP is user friendly for our workforce. This product is simple to understand and doesn't waste employee time trying to sort out time off requests. I love the notes feature because it is a quick way for me to get information to staff individually or as a group to ensure a prompt completion of payroll cycles. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It keeps good information about employee clock in time. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It is unstable and sometimes frustration to log in and out with geofencing. I would sometimes be in the middle of the geofence area and it would still give me an error message that I am in within the geofence zone. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly time and attendance of employees

I like the reports and the ease of the processing, my managers like how they can track their departments employee time and the PTO reporting Customer support is amazing too, What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP TimeClock Plus is very easy to navigate. Easy to review punches and PTO hours. It's a huge plus that someone is always available to assist with questions I may have and give a thourough explanation and/or instructions if needed. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Would be nice to hide features that aren't needed. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Time Tracking Easy payroll updates

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Nice to have everything accessible once logged in. Clear, and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Have had some technical issues. Updates make it unusable during the length of time of the update. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Maintains accurate attendance records, and time records.

"Several Months in and things are working good."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? In my opinion, being able to manage everything on the cloud now has made using TCP so much better. The importing and exporting features make mass changes a breeze. Support is alwasy very helpful and can ussually pinppoint where the issue is rather quickly. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love the how to's, they are super helpful and I also love customer support. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It can be a little confusing at first but over all easy to use. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Love the timesheet option, it saves our employees with bad service to be able to enter their time later.

"Time Clock Plus is user friendly"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It's helpful to be able to check timeclocks for people at different schools and make changes. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I don't like how missed punches default to the scheduled end time. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It takes the place of paper timesheets which helps us move in the right direction and takes less time when processing payroll.
