Unhappy to see 1 star ratings
Unhappy to see 1 star ratings, as a developer I can say its a very nice lightweight plugin with ability to never mis a chat call trough there iOS and Android app! For people that have no computer or IT skills, everyone including yourself can install this third party software to their websites and webshops. So don't rate 1 star on a team who is working hard for a free chat service for your business!

JAO and Ceasar the Best support EVER!!!
Thank you JAO and Ceasar for the 2 days Zoom call and follow-up, such great support and now my website has a live chat widget box for Arabic and if the client change to English, it shows English words, no one, and no software in Shopify was able to do that, only tawk.to made my day and was able to fix this bilingual issue and this will make our company and clients so happy!

Awesome for customer
It's awesome for getting high sells , when customer visit website , it awesome option to get notification and send massage to customer so he can buy the product , thank you tawk love you ❤️😍

"Good online chat for any business purpose and industry"
What do you like best about tawk.to? I know Tawk Chat very well since my first job. It appeared to be very helpful to communicate with online visitors and automate some of that communication. No I often use Tawk on my personal landing pages. For example if there is a vacancy on our website, I ask to add Tawk code on that page so I can reply to candidates immediately. "Killer of all paid online chats"
What do you like best about tawk.to? Tawk is an online chat which offers almost all PRO features like triggers, automation, agent management, and widget management for free. It also has a good mobile app. You can install TAWK to as many of your websites as you wish, and again - it's free. What do you dislike about tawk.to? What do you like best about tawk.to? Notification is the best in tawk and tracking is also great as we can see the customer location What do you dislike about tawk.to? There is no chatbot feature available in tawk Recommendations to others considering tawk.to: Chat Bot and social media integrations. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?
