What do you like best about Tapcheck? I appreciate the fact you can get the amount you need with minimal wait time. What do you dislike about Tapcheck? Sometimes I find my employess too drawn to using it. What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps my associates when they cant wait the 2 full weeks to pay day.

We use to give out payday advances to at least once every paycheck to one person, now it is done for us automatically when they need the money and is taken right out of their paycheck! What do you like best about Tapcheck? - Integrates well with Paychex Flex - Integrates with MatrixCare/Soneto - Dedicated account support specialist What do you dislike about Tapcheck? - Resolutions to support requests can take weeks (or even up to a month in my case) to resolve - Support phone number for employees is not always answered What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me to justify only running payroll every two weeks.

What do you like best about Tapcheck? This is a very simple process for our company and for our employees. They appreciate the fact they have this available to them. What do you dislike about Tapcheck? The only downside is that the employees take an advance from their next paycheck, and it leaves them short when they do get paid. What do you like best about Tapcheck? My employees used to come to me to borrow against their paycheck. Now they can access TapCheck and we no longer have to loan them money. What do you dislike about Tapcheck? It is not the easiest to setup. It has been a 3-month process and I still have problems with the upload every week. What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you? Many of my employees work remotely and this allows them access to their money as they need it.

What do you like best about Tapcheck? It's a great benefit for the employees and meets a great need. It works with little interaction with the employer.
