Reporting time cut in half.

What do you like best? TapClicks is very user-friendly, my clients can easily access their data. What do you dislike? Only downsize is that you can't write the executive summary directly in the platform. It has to be exported, written, and sent to the client. Otherwise, client A will can potentially see a summary for client B. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? API connections are great, connections with top platforms.

Excellent reporting tool and great support

What do you like best? I love that I can schedule a meeting with our account manager if there is ever an issue. I love that we can white label the reporting and make the reporting carry the branding of our clients. The support we receive from our account manager is invaluable. What do you like best? Being able to schedule automated reports has helped immensely. It has removed human error from reporting and has freed up time for us at the beginning of the months.
