A Reliable, Codeless Product

What do you like best? TapClicks aggregates data from every major platform and allows fairly robust dashboards and reports to be build codelessly. There are considerable customization options. What do you dislike? There are semi-frequent bugs, and I find that while customer support is excellent and they always resolve the issue, I do end up speaking to them at least once a month. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? TapClicks solves ...

Well rounded Platform

What do you like best? The ability to customize the way you get the data and the way you show the data. What do you dislike? Overlapping graphs -- when you are using graphs that had multiple Y axis, the values overlapped each other which made it difficult to read. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tapclicks was a solution to integrate data from multiple platforms in one place and to visualize the data.

Tap Clicks has changed the way we analyze our data, in the best way!

What do you like best? The ability to aggregrate data and have all campaign performance live in once place. It gives our clients a holistic view of their advertising campaigns in an easy to read, digestible format. What do you dislike? The lack of dimensions in Tap Clicks. I am unable to sort by some of the same metrics like I can in working direct through some of the media platforms. For instance, I have much more granularity in Doubleclick than I do in TapClicks. The closer we can ...

TapClicks better than the rest

What do you like best? I trialed many systems before deciding on TapClicks. Liked the visuals and styling options from a design aspect. But also that we could filter and tailor data. I was even able to combine our budget sheet with other ad systems. Love the channel options, smart connectors and that you pay per client and not user or data you connect. What do you dislike? Don’t like that headers and big number descriptions are small when using the circle feature. Even once selecting ...

Good for the most part

What do you like best? As a person who uses this mostly as an aggregator for social media campaigns, this is a solid tool for people who primarily run campaigns on Facebook. It does excel in having your primary objectives ready for a look as soon as you hop in. What do you dislike? While not necessarily a fault of the tool, it's not good for things like organic Twitter or Instagram impressions and engagements. It's also a tad annoying how many calculation need to be added into the ...

Pretty easy to use, and great customer support

What do you like best? The customer support. I can email the team and they'll respond within an hour usually. What do you dislike? I wish it were a little more robust. I want to organize data differently sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are a small business and don't want to spend a lot of time on spreadsheets for reporting purposes, use TapClicks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes ...

TapClicks was exactly what I was looking for. I wish I had found it earlier.

What do you like best? Easy to learn and easy to use. The best support I have ever experienced. What do you dislike? Cannot change data category after copying a widget. that seems like a recent issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing our clients with insightful and actionable metrics available in real-time with the ability to update, change and add new data sources. The benefits realized are the trust and confidence ...

The Flexibility Needed for Enterprise Ads Analysis

What do you like best? The TapClicks UI and its capabilities allow for extremely detailed customization, allowing for custom metrics, compilation of numerous ads accounts, and the ability to group the ads platforms across social networks to specific business units. What do you dislike? The tool is simplistic, if you are looking for an all-in-one tool to manage social media or digital properties, you'll be met with some challenges using TapClicks. If you are looking for a tool that ...

An invaluable tool for an Ad Agency

What do you like best? The API connection already built with the main advertising providers is a huge advantage to offer to our clients a consolidated view of their overall campaign across multiple platforms. Offering a web based performance reporting tool to our partner helps us being more transparent and enables our customers to follow their campain on almost a real time basis. It also a time saving tool as we do not need to pull reports on a weekly or monthly basis. What do you ...
