What problems is Tap My Back solving and how is that benefiting you? Before TapMyBack "the thanks" were only 1to1, with limited recognition, now we have a motivated team :)

What do you like best about Tap My Back? Very easy to use and with almost immediate impact on team spirit. And the custom badges are awesome. What do you dislike about Tap My Back? Nothing so far. But future integrations with company intranets might be a good idea. What problems is Tap My Back solving and how is that benefiting you? A simple way of showing recognition publicly. Which happens less and less often in the workplace.
