"It gets the job done"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It's very self-explanatory and easy to use. Simple to transfer calls and set statuses. The callbar app is very user-friendly. Although I do not personally set up new ring groups or phone lines on TalkDesk, I have requested for them to be made, and it seems like a very quick and easy process based on how quickly my requests have been completed by our IT department.

"TalkDesk has the potential to be amazing. Extremely beneficial even when used incorrectly."

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It's very convienent to navigate through the interface. Transferring calls is simple, straightforward, and easy to do with minimal risk of errors. Being able to look up the contact I'm trying to reach in case I don't have a phone number readily available was an absolute gift. Especially considering that the frequently contacted staff in my department contain over 300 names and numbers.

"Amazing capability!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is super easy to use and efficient. The sound quality and ease make this my favorite way to communicate with our personnel with no problems or glitches. The call bar feature makes the ease of use even more efficient so I can have other things open while on the call. Better than other, more popular calling systems

PROS: Compared to Anvaya, Talkdesk is easier to use as it only involves copying the phone number, pasting on system, and dialing. It also provides more room for configuration on setup, to the extent that agents can choose their calls.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Very user friendly. Easy to log in to. Trouble shooting tips are easily accessible as well. I love being able to see what phone number called, how long the call was, when the call was made, if it was incoming or outgoing, which phone line thy called and who they talked to. "User-friendly and innovative, Talkdesk is easy and fun to use for everyone."

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Using talk desk with my company has been an easy breezy process, while there are minimal errors or IT issues, Talkdesk is quick to get any issues resolved and to make sure their clients have the most up-to-date software! I do appreciate the profile tab very much, as I like using it to further personalize a potential reservist's profile.
