What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk, a cloud-based phone center software, helps businesses improve customer satisfaction and increase sales conversion rates. What do you like best about Talkdesk? From a user's perspective, Talkdesk is simple and effective. Calls are recorded flawlessly and the quality is excellent. Administrators can create dashboards to see a complete view of their agents' performance. Coaching enables you to help agents navigate difficult cases effectively.

"Constantly Improving Product but Still Needs Improvements"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that the product is constantly improving and that they have frequent releases. Talkdesk has 3 releases a year and has been improving their products. Their support team is also responsive and always helpful. Our interactions with our CSM, AE, and different team members have all been great.
