A flexible solution with a helpful support team

Talkdesk has been a pleasant experience. It works pretty well for what my company needs it for. The amount of customization and settings makes it a really flexible and moldable solution. We have run into a few limitations, but Talkdesk's support team is super helpful and always tries to work with us to find a solution. They're constantly coming out with new features and adding additional options to the platform.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Extremely easy to keep in contact with clients. No need for using your personal cellphone, keeping all contacts housed under one account for all members of your company, Talkdesk is a super user-friendly business tactic.

Menus and data for reporting can be a little difficult to navigate sometimes, could be more intuitive. Overall a good solution for call queues and routing, but want more clear help resources or guides.

Quality app for running your phone systems!

I have been using TalkDesk for a few months now and I have found it very convenient. The callbar especially makes it very easy to manage calls while using other programs. Also the features list is very extensive for IVR etc.
