Effective and easy to use
Effective and easy to use. Very good reporting capabilities although could allow for more complex user defined reports and analysis.

Talkdesk is awesome!
Talkdesk has made my workdays a breeze! Calls are clear and easy to answer. Talkdesk has several cues (dings and rings) to let you know when the call is active. Talkdesk allows 1 minute to wrap up notes which is much needed.

We are still new with Talkdesk
We are still new with Talkdesk, and had some exposure a year ago. They have helped us make the transition to be as painless as possible. And issues have been addressed appropriately. As a management tool it's been great. And the click to dial from salesforce has helped. It has helped us consolidate communications. The ability to pull data for reporting is awesome.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It is very easy and intuitive and was easy and fast to set up the first time. I like the way it integrates with our Salesforce, creating cases automatically when I call a client.
