A very plaisant experience
A very plaisant experience compared to our old system. User friendly, let us control our own system with passing through third party consultant. It's sounds great!

TalkDesk has proven to be a great tool…
TalkDesk has proven to be a great tool for our Customer Relations Team. Had it not been for TalkDesk, our Advocates would not have had the ability to work from home as they did. Phone calls would not have been answered and it would have been detrimental to our business. I really like everything about TalkDesk. If there is a functionality that we need, that is currently not available, most of the time they are able to accommodate us and find a solution. I am very happy with their services.

Serves its purpose
TalkDesk is a pretty good tool but is nothing to brag about. It does its job. I am sure there are better alternatives, some of which don't have as many technical issues such as dropped calls or call timeouts due to software glitches.The thing I like the most about TalkDesk is its minimalistic aspect via the use of its Callbar app. It makes it really easy to use and also being able to monitor all calls via the Dashboard is a great utility for helping manage department-wide call responsiveness.

I have used Talkdesk for the past year…
I have used Talkdesk for the past year and I really like it. I really like the fact that all of ours calls are recorded. I can go back and listen to verify what was actually said to a customer or a vendor. It also seems to stand up pretty good when we have bad weather. I was a little concerned about working from home and how the talk desk would be affected when we have inclement weather. I have had some issues, but not very many.
