Do not use them

Do not use them. They will send you a notification the same day they charge you outrageous fees for BS, and they won't refund because they claim they offered the service. Dishonest.

Customer service is responsive but either tells you "We don't provide these services" or "I am not sure of the answer, please speak to our consultants" The consultants will then overload you with information you may know or not know and then try to get you to buy a ridiculous subscription for the small price of $5,000+. I’ve had to argue for weeks about what was going on and I’ve been told many different things all from tailor brands team. I have 6 charges on my account and they only refund 2, then state every charge has been refunded.

HI I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TAILOR BRAND BECAUSE MY PACKAGE INCLUDED THE OPENING OF AN ACCOUNT BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN OPENED BUT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS FOR THE BANK OF AMERICA BANK CARD EVERY TWO DAYS THEY TELL ME IT WILL ARRIVE THIS DAY BUT FOR NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROCEED ANYMORE THANKS
