I called tailor brands to get an issue handled and was given Domz, a tailor brand agent. He quickly got the issue handled and was very polite. His patience and manners were awesome. I was. Very satisfied with the encounter.

Although the wait time was long when I got to my agent, El, he was very knowledgeable and walked me through the steps that I needed to take in order to solve my issue. He helped clarify my questions which made it easy for me to know exactly what I needed to do. El was professional, patient, and very helpful.
