Needed a secure HIPAA file transfer service. It worked but is a bit confusing on the interface on my side. It was quick, secure, and my patient's found it easy to use from their end and that is the main concern.

Sync.com is my “go to” for when I have private information I want to store in the cloud, and then access from all my devices. It has been totally dependable & easy to use. Sync.com is as easy and secure as any service I've tried between all my devices, and I have full control over my files and folders. I also love the fact that it is based in Canada.

Since switching to Sync I can share all my documents across ALL my devices, old and new ones. The syncing and updating of files is really fast and secure. The online option is great and the app is really nice. The best thing for me is that my new phones and my very old computers can use it!!
