DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They promised I would be able to review my Cert of Inc before they filed it. I was on the phone with them while completing my application and the customer service rep assured me they would email the Cert of Inc to me before they filed it. They LIED. They went ahead and filed it WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. It contains errors and they have already charged me for it. THIS COMPANY HAS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

When I called Jenny went far and beyond…
When I called Jenny went far and beyond to assist me with all my questions and believe me I had a lot, most which required updates and changes to my account, she handled them all very well and with a pleasant tone. She is AWESOME and I wish I could talk to her every time I call. Her customer service was excellent!!!!
