I'm writing this review to warm people of the scams and unprofessional service that I received with Swyft Filing. I went with Swyft to open my first business and never signed up for a 149 subscription for them to be my assigned agent. When the billing me the first subscription charge if 149.00 I was sick with Covid and I could not monitor my bank account. The representative answered the phone…
The representative answered the phone took my call past the time they were open, he was very nice, he answered all my questions, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.I really appreciated him answering the phone, even though they were already closed for the day, and I was his last call.That's how you do "customer service "Thanks again,You're the best!

Very very dishonest company
Very very dishonest company. Their customer service reps must be outsourced and refuse to answer questions honestly. I should have just gone to Legalzoom which is where we normally go. Very disappointed

They assist you on time
They assist you on time, even sometimes it seems so complicated! By the way I m foreign from Paris English is not my native language crazy isnt it! And so let is you imAgine how they were kind and double their efforts with me … All I have says is at least their rates it ‘s on same the level as your expectations … Just no doubt, I recommend Im 😀 glad.
