I had some issues with my order. I’ve called and spoke to a representative that caused more confusion leaving me to feel uneasy. I received a charge and didn’t understand what it was and why I was charged after I had already paid. I called and spoke to with Lailonie. She was the best, she took her time and went through my order. She made some corrections and she explained things that weren’t clear with so much patience.
