I had computer issues while completing the filing process. I called to speak with a Swyft Filings representative, and I spoke with Anton. He is very helpful! He made sure that everything was completed and was pleasant to talk to when I was not happy about the problems. I was not offensive, but he understood my issues, and is a real professional. WRONG Docs!
Apparently the State of Texas approved my LLC but Swyft Filings never notified me or uploaded the docs to my account.David - at Swyft Filings - helped me when I called this morning, and while I was on the phone, he uploaded the documents to my account.I received three email attachments - Acknowledgment, Certificate, and Original Document.HOWEVER - these documents were for someone else's business, not mine.I need MY documents and I need the questionnaire to get my EIN from the IRS.
