"Suzy is a great investment for agile insights"

What do you like best about Suzy? The platform is easy to use as DIY, however the account team is extremely supportive and responsive. There are times my team and I are too swamped to get into the platform to load a study, and the SUZY team we have never hesitates to step in. What do you dislike about Suzy?
