"Excellent customer service and accessible platform"
What do you like best about Suzy? Suzy is a very intuitive platform. Customer support is also always extremely helpful. What do you dislike about Suzy? I don't dislike anything. I think information icons describing what each element means would be helpful. What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you? Suzy helps solve business questions based on audience and brand trends.

What do you like best about Suzy? SUZY provides a great self-service, easy to use tool, wonderful in-person Customer Support and quality output you can count on, to be delivered in a matter of hours/days! What do you like best about Suzy? Amazing & fast service team, and very cost-effective as well. It's also amazing to be able to flex between qual and quant in one platform What do you dislike about Suzy? I only wish it was more global, but hopefully coming in the future! What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you? Suzy is a more cost effective and faster way to conduct both qual and quant research in one place.

After using the tool a couple different times, there's a wide array of things that I love about Suzy: - Suzy can get you data very fast. - It is very easy to design a survey. - There are different survey questions you can create. - The reps will help you with just about anything you need help with. "Has been a great platform for us for product research"
What do you like best about Suzy? We like being able to ask specific audiences what they liked/didn't like about a potential new product. Customer support with our rep Abby is also great, she is very knolwedgable and helps guide our surveys What do you dislike about Suzy? We wish the audience pool was a little deeper with more men and younger people What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you? Understanding what people want in products, and advertising

"A Stellar Research Product Backed by Stellar People"
What do you like best about Suzy? Suzy's platform is fast, intuitive, and robust. Their product spans the globe which is necessary for a global company. Their US panel is large enough that we can target exactly who we want to speak to and cut the data as needed. They've added a ton of features in the past year alone which gives me full confidence that Suzy cares about research. Their CS team is the best partner we can have in the business. What do you like best about Suzy? Multiple methods are available for testing products and packs int the US platform Great customer service Excellent global reach What do you dislike about Suzy? Global platform is limited in capabilities - It does not have the same methods available as the US platform What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Suzy? I love how collaborative and flexible Suzy UX experts are when it comes to fast turn-around projects with tight deadlines. Suzy is our top choice for validation and monadic surveys. What do you dislike about Suzy? "Incredible Team & Research Tool"
What do you like best about Suzy? We used the Suzy platform in a unique way. We set up a white-glove project, where we paid a certain fee and then got X amount of research from the Suzy team.
