Subscription-base packages are phenomenal. Those investing in the Free package need to know their surveys are capped at 25 replies unless they upgrade to a purchased subscription.

I appreciate the ease of use regarding generating surveys. I also like that I am notified when surveys are completed as this makes it easy to include checking results in my daily workflow.

Very easy to update an existing survey…
Very easy to update an existing survey with major or minor adjustments. All of the surveys are available. I also like the reporting features.

I enjoy selecting various design elements that allow me to put my own spin on the survey design
I enjoy the features that allow me to be creative in the design process and I like being able to quickly pull up an older survey to quickly put it back into service!
