Love using the platform it is very intuitive and user friendly. Downloading reports is easy and the functionality is great. One thing that I wanted to do was add logos and I thought I could either the basic package but can’t .

5 stars, but with a caveat.
The experience is great because of the ease of use. The user interface is not challenging to interact with, and it does a great job for its intended purpose. The only complaint I would have if any, is the UI changes quite often. I am a strong believer in "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" and though it is simple to navigate through, I don't fully understand the need to frequently change the design or layout of things.
