Easy to set up and use

What do you like best? It was quick and easy to set up a survey using the survey builder tool What do you dislike? Occasionally it can be a little slow to load Recommendations to others considering the product: Simple and easy to set up What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed to quickly survey a large number of individuals to identify whether there was support for a course of action.

I feel they could provide more features for the free option as other competitors do. Easy to use and unlimited questions

What do you like best? Able to have unlimited questions in the survey. What do you dislike? I can't view the entire response in the results section for people who provided long answers to my text questions. Was not disclosed clearly that I needed the paid version to see the entire response. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Decision making and that everyone struggles with this issue.

Easy to use and mobile devices friendly with good customer service

What do you like best? The function i like most is easy to use, not complicated , worked out how to use it in 5 mins. Also this survey is mobile devices friendly,. you can undertake survey on different devices if you want. and it is free for most of the amazing function. Great for university student like when carrying out ui research. but if you have the pro version, it is definitely a powerful survey tool. What do you like best? This engine had a nice page layout. There was no broken page links. No timeouts from pages that have too much content to load What do you dislike? Excellent for my research!

What do you like best? This software compiles all the survey data I am collecting in one place in an easy to read format! I can access the software on my PC as well as my smart phone which makes it super convenient for a guy on the go like me. What do you dislike?
