What do you like best about SurePayroll? The Sales Rep John Kolb was very good at following up and answering my questions in a timely manner. He even called me, which I appreciated. Not everything can be understood by email. The SurePayroll experience with John Kolb has been the complete opposite of my previous experience with ADP.

What do you like best about SurePayroll? Heidi Vassak, Account Executive and Saundra Newson, Implementation Specialist, set up and implemented my new account. What do you like best about SurePayroll? The ease of getting in touch with a HUMAN to talk to! I switched mid-year to Surepay from Gusto for this only reason. We had been with GUSTO for 15 months and never bothered them once. At the end of the year, we had a question, and literally, three months later, we had never been able to reach or contact anyone.
