Wonderful experience using sure pay…
Wonderful experience using sure pay roll to get my small business setup. Big thanks to account executive Michael Warren for being right to the point, answering all of my questions, and making himself readily available through the setup process. 5 stars.

A new employer with lots of questions
As a new employer I have a lot of questions. Fortunately, my rep John K is a very patient person. He not only answers my questions, but if can make something easier for me, he steps in and helps. Very reassuring because it is important to get payroll set up correctly. I feel like John has my back. He is a rock Star.

Erica was outstanding, patient, and helpful. She checked on me while on hold while she verified information on her end. She is also calling me back later today so we can verify and go over information so I can assure my employees pay is accurate.

Patient, knowledgeable and friendly help
I needed to establish a payroll process for my company. When I contacted SurePayroll, Joe L was assigned to me. Joe listened well and helped me get good answers to all my questions so the process was quick, painless, and very competitive. Joe was very accommodating to my schedule.

Matthew was very patient
Matthew was very patient, kind and gracious in working with me through the transition to Surepayroll. I had lots of questions and anxieties as I approached this. Exemplary Customer Support
It was the end of a long day and I was having issues running and extra payroll for holiday bonuses. Trenisha was on the line for me and they were amazing! Super helpful and patient. The Customer service and support that Trenisha provided was exemplary. Thank you!
