Gianna Fernandez was outstanding
Gianna Fernandez was outstanding. She helped us all along the way with any questions we needed. I knew she was in sales, but she helped me with operational questions, login issues, and all of the extra questions we had. And she always responded so quickly!!! Made the experience so easy and quick and really glad she answered the phone when I called!

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! I was really impressed with Brandon Wallace and the service and follow up he provided. Brandon did a wonderful job explaining the solution to me, breaking it down in easy to understand basics. He also guided me through the enrollment, filling out stuff he could, which also made everything so easy. I am beyond impressed and I have to say 100% of the reason I decided to go with Surepayroll is due to Brandon's customer service

So far so good- Jarrett P. helped us get setup and auto running every couple weeks! Pretty easy process (hardest part was finding my own state numbers for the sign up paperwork) Overall great choice!

Dedicated Customer Service
Sequana W. was so incredibly helpful with the issue I was faced with. She made everything so easy and even though the line dropped she made more than 1 attempt at getting back in touch with me to complete the issue. When most CS reps loose a call they NEVER attempt to call you back. In this case she called me 2x!! I can't thank her enough for all her help and knowledge to fix the very important issue I had.
