SUREPAYROLL A WIN!
First - SurePayroll for my small business has been extremely user friendly and so easy and quick to get set up. Second - Rachael Cardillo from SurePayroll was my guide in getting all set up. She is extremely professional, timely, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made this experience stress free. Always had an answer to all of my many questions! Needed a report for an old company we…
Needed a report for an old company we closed. Called on a Saturday and Faith Gadson was so helpful. She went over and beyond her duties. This is exactly the reason all my companies and my friends use SurePayroll. I can only say that she made it so easy and was super helpful.

The set up was incredibly easy
The set up was very easy. Christopher Martin reached out quickly, contacted me after the first payroll was processed and quickly assisted in getting an additional client set up. The best part, I have not been endlessly solicited for additional services on a daily basis. It has been refreshing and payroll can be run from an app on my phone, it's great!

I worked with Doretha M. Oh my gosh she was fantastic. Any other rep would have hung up on me. I had an issue with a former employee and was having issues getting SP to recognize me as an authorized person she could talk to. She tried several different ways to verify me, she was so patient. Doretha is a rock star!
