EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 5-Stars Plus!!
I have been a customer for over four years, with many calls to support for assistance over the years. Today was the best experience by far! Ciara is extremely knowledgeable with my issues and knew exactly who to contact in her division to solve a series of additional complex tax issues with multi-state employees. I had three prior tickets for this one issue, and Ciara solved them in one call. She is both professional and personable. She is why my company is happy to be a SurePayroll client!

I just ran my first Payroll!!!! The process was a breeze because of my sales rep Joseph Long. He ensured I knew how to navigate the site and process before hand. The onboarding was seamless, Joe followed up with me and answered every question/concern that presented.
