What do you like best? Everybody in Service knows how to handle questions quickly and accurate What do you dislike? Sales did not disclosed fees properly. ie: phone fee for payroll process Recommendations to others considering the product Ask questions during enrollment What business problems are you solving with the product? Payroll. Is a breeze with Sure Payroll

What do you like best? It’s very easy to use. If I ever have a problem or issue, the help desk is very helpful. What do you dislike? The cost could be lower. Seeing that I do most of the work. Perhaps the service could be more affordable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can personally do my own payroll and not have to hire an accountant.

Good for small businesses

It's capable of handling a number of issues for companies. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Whenever payroll makes it through the approval lifecycle and happens to be approved, it'll entail manual intervention by the staff from SurePayroll to cancel or do the necessary changes. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like understanding the fact that taxes and payroll are done simple and precisely. I like getting access to forms and reports. Just like that of older 941s and Workers Com. I favor its UI and how simple it is to enter in payroll. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I highly value such service. Worst payroll provider I've ever seen - stay far away!

What do you like best? Honestly, nothing. I can't think of anything that worked well. What do you dislike? I'm a former customer and I have to encourage people to find another payroll provider. Surepayroll is the worst. When you own a small business, you just want your products and services to work and to get basic, competent, and respectful help when you can't. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I love about it is that it doesn't take a log of effort in carrying out Payroll tasks. I run a dental office with around 7 staff. I get e-mail updates on my pay period, which allows me to have an idea on my due date submission. It takes around several minutes to get comprehensive tasks done. What do you like best? Easy to use. Support team is super helpful. I'm a busy solo operator and dealing with tax filing and whatnot is a major PITA. What do you dislike? It's not free.
