My favorite feature of surepayroll is that it handles payroll tax breakdown per quarter and allows you to print past paystubs and W2 forms easily for employees What do you dislike? My least favorite aspect of Surepayroll is that if your password expires or you get it wrong forget it or get locked out it can be a hastle to reset and often requires you to actually call the company as opposed to be able to do it online which is hard during busy business hours ...

Easy to use.

What do you like best? The product is easy to use. When you have a question the customer service team has the answers, are quick and very professional. Efficient and Helpful

What do you like best? I love the ease of use! We are a snall non-profit si it is important to me to have a company that we trust to handle payroll. The wase of input, of acquiring records, of getting help if needed is top notch. What do you dislike? I find just one aggravating thing in the software l. Sure Payroll is GREAT

What do you like best? I don't have to worry about tax changes and filing. What do you dislike? Adding a bonus usually messes up somehow. Recommendations to others considering the product I really love SP and recommend it to others in my field pretty regularly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sure Payroll frees up my time to do the more important parts of my CFO job.

What do you like best? Easy to input workers information lots of options in the drop downs the math has always been correct. What do you dislike? Once I didn’t get a response about a EDD document I uploaded. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems. SurePayroll has saved me a lot of time. I’m able to access SurePayroll. App on my cell phone. The customer service is excellent.

Horrible System

What do you like best? Cost, and it is a fairly basic system if you don't have a need for something more advanced. What do you dislike? Their system is horrible. If you try to get ahead of the game and process your payroll early before the deadline, but then (still before the deadline decide you want to make a change, you are out of luck. Love the product

What do you like best? Very simple and intuitive. The reporting is detailed and easy to access. What do you dislike? No dislikes. To pick something I would say have a chat function so I don’t need to call in What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needed to run payroll on just a monthly basis and it made it very easy to change the frequency needed a solution that if I ran more than one in a month it was easy and no additional cost

What do you like best? The agents are so helpful any and every time I call in for advice or direction. The online system is so easy use. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike at this time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use SurePayroll for paying my employees with direct deposit which is wonderful. I've also used the Texas Labor law posters as well.
