Loving it and highly recommended for today’s small business!

PROS: I like the convenience and quickness it offers. I can accomplish payroll tasks in around 15 or so minutes. This is a big plus especially when you're running a full-time job and balancing a small business at the same time. I can quickly access my report whenever I need it.

Lately they are making payroll more burdensome

I have been with SurePayroll for about 16 months. The process for a check is easy enough and my employee hasn't complained about not getting paid. However, they have continuous issues properly filing and paying taxes. When I receive a notice about this, I contact them and the best they can do is say they will get back to me in 15 business days. If i could give them negative stars i would. My payroll specialist Jessica M Embry is totally incompetent or lazy or both. She never answers emails amd only recently got back to me because i included her boss Mindy Venz, who was also not helpful. Your company would be better served outsourcing your HR to India

Horrible support - we're going to have to leave.

We are a small organization that has expanded to the Americas with a new office. We selected Sure Payroll in mid 2020. During our first payroll run, we discovered that our HR team that is not in the US was unable to access our account, and we needed to run it from the Americas with non-HR staff. This was described as a minor problem and easy to resolve by Sure Payroll. They asked us for our IP address from our overseas office - which we furnished the NEXT day. Inconsistent service and difficult to resolve issues

What do you like best? Good price if the service worked well. But it does not. What do you dislike? SurePayroll processes 3 payrolls successfully for us. On the fourth payroll, the deductions were >2X than previously. There had been no changes on our end (deductions, employee info, etc.) When we called to understand why, we got a variety of explanations, none of which made sense. Missy was extremely helpful and non-judgemental when I mis-calculated my payroll. She walked me through the process of correcting my error and contacted other departments for me so that I wasn't transferred around. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally.
