What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics connects to lots of sources and lets me load things like cost data into one spreadsheet. I save myself lots of time from logging into each of these sources of data and having Supermetrics just update a spreadsheet that I can perform lookups from. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? What do you like best about Supermetrics? The wide range of connectors I can set up for Data Studio (Looker Studio now) reporting. Most of the connectors were easy to set up. What do you like best about Supermetrics? I like how accurately data flows in from each marketing platform. Makes reporting easy and simple to blend data all together. Displays the data in a simple format and is easy to work with. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Sometimes supermetrics can take a while to create the query, and often the query can fail to run. This can cause data to disappear in a report that clients rely on daily. What do you like best about Supermetrics? Easily updates reporting on a daily basis. It's very user-friendly and helps to automate the data collection. Competitors come in at a much higher price tag, so it can't be beat from a cost perspective. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? There tends to still be issues with the program. What do you like best about Supermetrics? They make it easy to connect tools like Facebook. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? I do wish they made the integrations for teams a bit better. We have a few members of the team that need licenses and the cost is a bit prohibitive. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?
