The options presented allow us to have increased our operational efficiencies. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? "Easily connect sources for a better view in Looker Studio."

What do you like best about Supermetrics? To import ads data with website metrics. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Its sometimes very slow. Other then that im pretty happy. What do you like best about Supermetrics? It's very simple to use and automate your import data for e.g. Googles Looker Studio. Also you can simply analyse all possible data on the fly in a few seconds. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Sometimes you get errors because of too much queries on google analytics and the overload of data via the connector. Then you have to find workarounds via other spreadsheets and triggers. What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics connects to almost any marketing app which is great if you are looking to pull data from multiple sources. We use the tool to build automated reporting dashboards in Looker Studio. It works great once you've figured out how to connect it all and Supermetrics allows us to pull data from additional sources like several social media platforms which don't offer any native connections to Looker Studio. "Abysmal support and major decline in product over the last 2-3 years"

Low quality support Long issue resolution time Pricing Slow queries What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? Aggregating data. Not benefitting me at all right now because connections break random and takes months to get a fix by their support team.

What do you like best about Supermetrics? The ability to purchase a subscription to a single connector instead of paying for multiple connectors that are not needed. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Limitations on what data is available. Not sure if it's a limitation from the connector source or if it's Supermetrics.
