A very good little machine
A very good little machine. Quick, user friendly, fairly reliable. My one hesitation is that it needs good internet connection, a fast-and-modern smartphone and Bluetooth in order to function. It did not work well with my old iPhone 4, and does not work well with any sort of restricted WiFi connection such as in schools and some community centres; and using the smartphone app with mobile data and Bluetooth switched on runs down the phone battery within a short time. Great gadget BUT!!!
Great gadget. Loved it. But realised I can’t take payment over the phone. So sadly I’ll carry on with my other card terminal

Changed my business!
Excellent machine, compact and looks fab too! My only gripe is that when I have no mobile signal I can’t take payments, thankfully customers are happy for me to pinch their WiFi as I have regulars but it’s not nice having to ask that first time. I have since read that the newest card reader doesn’t even need your mobile app to use it so it’s not going to have this problem, but this little card reader I had is still quite new so happy for now. I like their square little reader
I like their square little reader, and being able to setup a product table and their prices. Sadly Sumup doesn't support virtual terminal either, I have to go with a different provider for that.

I love Sum up
I love Sum up. I find it easy to use and reliable. All this is great and its rate is great but the thing I love the most is its customer service which is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We are a small start up coffee shop. This is exactly what we needed to get us competitive in a cost effective way with the big shops. Plus: Easy to set up. Easy to use. Quick payments. Cost effective. Minus: Disconnects from Bluetooth a lot. Disrupts other Bluetooth devices. Overall I highly recommend.
