Very good overall
Very good overall, but relies on phone having a good signal, I am a mobile operator so sometimes signal is poor and is impossible to pair phone to card reader... therefore cannot take payment. Payment by SumUp is excellent, very quick.

From experience, there are better solutions on the market...
After a few months, I had a problem with their terminal not accepting cards from certain banks. They refused to swap it despite an obvious hardware issue. It led me to switch to their competitor iZettle and discover that their terminal is more convenient, works with all cards, incl. Amex and Apple Pay. And their iPhone app and setup and use of their website is way better! Reporting, searches, etc. Thank you SumUp for pushing me to compare and change for a better competing service!

I am so glad I found SumUp! There are a lot of competition out there but SumUp have the best rates by far, great customer service and little to no disruptions with the hardware. Thank you SumUp, will definitely recommend you!

Does everything a grownup card reader does at a fraction of the cost
I use this, and as long as there is a signal it works. The ONLY small card reader that can swipe which is great for overseas customers and the online virtual terminal is a must for customers who dislike online banking or paypal

Amazing device - get one today!
Amazing device - long battery, consistent - I’ve never had any down time with it, the one time I contacted the support team they were instantly really helpful and fixed my issue. Great flexibility in choosing frequency of payments. Patients love that it accepts all card types - fair rates. Would recommend and have done to anybody that asks.
